IB PYP homeroom Teacher Job Description:
- Location: Shanghai city, China.
- Contract Term: two academic years, Feb. 2026 - Feb 2028.
- Students Age: 6-12 years old.
- Working Days: work on Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekends.
- Teaching hours: 40 hours a week.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Salary: CNY28,000 - CNY32,000 monthly. 12 months pay a year.
- Housing Allowance : CNY5,000 monthly.
- Relocation Allowance：up to CNY10,000.
- Settlement Allowance: up to CNY2,000.
- Vacation: full paid summer vacation and winter vacation.
- Holidays: full paid public holiday 13 days a year.
- Children Tuition: free, at most two children.
- Airfare allowance：up to CNY12,000 a year.
- Insurance: accident insurance and health insurance.
- Working Visa: yes.
Requirements:
- Native English level.
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Teaching license preferred.
- Two years of full-time teaching experience in IB PYP.
