Beijing Winter Olympics promotional poster unveiled

The Beijing Winter Olympics will officially open on February 4, 2022, with just over four months remaining. On September 22, the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games unveiled a series of official posters for the Games at the opening ceremony of the 2021 Beijing International Design Week.

The three sets of official posters feature the Beijing Winter Olympics emblem and mascot, while the 11 sets of promotional posters were selected from thousands of entries through a public solicitation.

Chen Ning, head of the Cultural Activities Department of the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee, said that these 11 sets of works stood out because they seamlessly integrate winter sports, Chinese culture, urban landscapes, and contemporary design elements, thereby effectively promoting the Beijing Winter Olympics to the world and fostering an enthusiastic Olympic atmosphere.
