4,000 national flags celebrate National Day.

Red flags lining the streets have added to the festive atmosphere of China Optics Valley.

On nine roads and streets in the East Lake High-tech Development Zone—also known as OVC or China Optics Valley—a total of 4,000 national flags have been displayed to mark the upcoming National Day holiday in the first week of October.

It is said that this year’s materials used to make the national flag are thicker and more wind-resistant.

Guanggu Square is one of Guanggu’s landmarks, located just behind a street adorned with national flags.
