Primary School   IB PYP homeroom Teacher Job Description:

1. Location: Shanghai city, China.
2. Contract Term: two   academic year s ,  27th Feb. 2026 - Feb 2028.
3. Students Age:   6-12 years old.
4. Working Days: work on Monday s to Friday s,   two days off on weekends.
5. Teach ing hours: 40 hours a week .

Remuneration and Benefits:

1. Salary: CNY28 ,000   - CNY32,000 monthly.   12 months pay a year .
2. Airfare allowance ： up to 12420rmb per school year (boarding pass and receipt needed)
3. Housing Allowance : CNY5,000 monthly. (rental fee invoice needed)
4. Relocation allowance ： up to 10000rmb for shipping purpose only, invoice needed )
5. Settlement allowance: up to 2,000 RMB (pre-tax);
6. Free lunch provided during workdays .
7. Vacation:   full paid summer vacation and winter vacation .
8. F Full paid holidays: 1 3 days Chinese public holidays.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor ’ s or Master ’ s degree in Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field 。
2. A teaching license   preferred(QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
3. Above two years of full-time teaching experience in IB/PYP.
4. Native or near-native proficiency in English.
