Kindergarten Montessori Head Teacher Job Description:

1. Location: Beijing city   of China.

2.  Contract Term: one academic year,   immediate start -   Aug. 2024.

3.  Job Position: Head Teacher.

4.  Students Age: 3 - 6 years old.

5.  Work Days: work on Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekend.

7  .Work Hours: 40 working hours per week.

Remuneration and Benefits:

1. Salary: CNY25,000-35,000 monthly   (rent allowance included) .

2. Meals: free lunch on working days.

3 . Holidays: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays a year.

4 . Vacation: full paid two week winter   vacation and two week summer vacation   a year .

5. Children tuition discount.

6 . Insurance:   accident insurance and health insurance provided.

7 . Work Visa: yes .

Requirements:

1.  Native English   level.

2. Bachelor’s s degree or above , majoring in Early Childhood Education preferred .

3. International Montessori certification  (AMS/ AMI/  MACTE) .

4. Two years teaching experience after receiving Montessori   certification .
