Your parents, sisters, brothers and children may come to China with you on S type dependent visa, it is for six month or a year. Your fiancé or fiancée or friends may apply for tourist visa to enter China.

If you want to work as an English teacher, but you have less than two years full time English teaching experience after your university graduation, then a 120 hours TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA course certificate will work instead. Otherwise you don’t need to spend money to enroll a course. 

To be an English teacher, you must hold a work certificate card to work. The policy on work permit notification and work certificate card application is slightly different among cities in China. In several cities, non-native English speakers may get a work certificate card as an English teacher if your major is English language, education or relative, or you hold a PhD degree. For non-native English speakers, the policy in cities is taken into consideration.
