On April 16, the Bank of China 2023 Wuhan Marathon started with a gunshot.

26,000 runners from 32 countries and regions ran along the most beautiful course of "one city, two rivers, three towns, four lakes and five bridges" to measure the heroic city with their feet.

This year, the return of the race has attracted a large number of high-level domestic and foreign athletes to register and participate. On the day of the competition, the exciting scene of Wuhan Racing was recreated.

After more than two hours of fierce competition, Chinese players ranked in the top three of the 2023 Wuhan full Marathon event. Chinese player He Jie won the championship in the 2023 Wuhan full Marathon, with a time of 2 hours, 12 minutes, and 35 seconds.

In the women's full Marathon, LUCY KARIMI from Kenya took the lead and won the championship in 2 hours, 27 minutes, and 47 seconds. TINBIT GIDEY WELLEGEBRIEL from Ethiopia won the runner up in 2 hours, 34 minutes, and 08 seconds. Chinese player Yang Hua won the third place with a time of 2 hours, 37 minutes, and 19 seconds.

In the women's half distance Marathon, Wang Qiaoxia won the championship with a time of 1 hour, 20 minutes, and 17 seconds, Zhang Ni won the runner up with a time of 1 hour, 21 minutes, and 25 seconds, and Le Qinghua won the third place in this event with a time of 1 hour, 27 minutes, and 53 seconds.
