Incoming travelers are no longer required to undergo quarantine.

  Under the optimized policies of the State Council and the Civil Aviation Administration of China, starting January 8, travelers entering China from abroad will no longer be required to undergo quarantine or nucleic acid testing upon arrival. This measure will benefit both inbound and returning travelers.

Wuhan Tianhe International Airport has restored eight designated parking spaces for international flights, up from the previous three. Passengers can now exit the airport directly after collecting their baggage, without needing to pass through quarantine screening.

China Southern Airlines’ Hubei Branch has resumed flights between Wuhan and Istanbul, Wuhan and Bangkok, and Wuhan and Hong Kong. According to forecasts, during the 2023 Spring Festival travel peak, 150 international flights are expected to operate at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport. These flights will primarily serve ten major international passenger routes, including those connecting Wuhan with Istanbul, Islamabad, Jakarta, Manila, Tokyo, and Singapore.
