1.To be an English teacher
1) Native English level.
2) Bachelor's degree or above.
3) Native English speakers, any major.
Non-native English speakers, majored in English Language, education or related or hold a PhD with any major.
4) Holding a 120 hours TEFL cert. or two years English teaching experience.
2.To be a subject teacher
1) No nationality limits.
2) Bachelor's degree or above, has related major.
3) Two years subject teaching experience.
4) No need a TEFL cert.
3.To be a director or a principal
1) No nationality limits.
2) Bachelor's degree or above, has a major in education or education management.
3) Have more than two years related working experience.
4) No need a TEFL cert.
