Some schools provide free of charge independent apartments. Almost apartments have a kitchen, a western toilet, a living room and a bedroom. The decoration differs.

Some schools provide sufficient rental allowance. School foreign affairs office assists foreign employees to sign a rental contract with landlords. Employees pay landlords deposit and three month rent in the first place. Schools pay rental allowance to employees every month.
